Enjoy the sounds of the Big Band Era when the Freese Brothers Big Band presentsWolfeboro Friends of Music’s eighth concert for the 2017-2018 season. The band was formed in 1992 by the four Freese brothers; Jack, Bill, George and Courtland, who began playing music together in a family performing troupe in the 1930’s. The purposes of the Band are to support and encourage the development of the musical talents of the public and its members, and to foster an appreciation of music of all eras. The men and women of the band live and work throughout Central and Southern New Hampshire. They come from diverse professional and musical backgrounds and blend their years of experience to produce the distinctive sound of the Freese Brothers Big Band.
